I was then contacted by Jeffri from AOS who met us at the hotel and suggested to us about the tours that AOS rendered in Penang and surrounding Islands, we were glad that Jeffri had visited us because we then took two tours with AOS and I MUST say that we were not dissapointed at all. Our first tour was with Max who I must compliment him for his patience, understanding and informative knowledge that he had which he shared deeply with us.

On our second tour we went with Herrick and just the same treatment was bestowed on us by Herrick. I must re-iterate that the two gentlemen that had taken us on our tours were of great value to us as visitors to your beautiful country and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and family.

Once again I would like to thank Herrick Anthony and Max on the wonderful service we received from them and I would like you to please forward my appreciation to the two of them. Herrick and Max, please keep up this fantastic intuition you both have, my wife and I will never forget the time we spent with you guys.

Must memorable moment and highlights during the journey were roadside stops, information about everyday life and visit to a typical Malay house.

What we enjoyed the most was the landscape, the forest and the beaches, the Pagoda in Penang and the templates as mosques.

A good diversity of programming day by day by the activities during the day as well as the difference between East and West.
The arranged programme offers a very good balance between the various traditional cultures, their history, way of life and use of natural sources on the one side, and the fast development into a boomingeconomy on the other hands.

There has been a great range of activities to suit everyone which are not compulsory. The guide made a great effort to cater for all tastes and abilities.
I have enjoyed all the meals, tea factory, vernicular railway, canopy walk and especially Tioman Island for a well deserved rest.

Memorable moment was the canopy walkaway, Lata Berkoh. Our guide was very good and know a lot about the flora and fauna.

We had a beautiful holiday in Malaysia as you Ad Ground Operator, your company are a perfect organiser of our nice tour a-round in Malaysia. Alsoan special thanks to Mr. Riide and Mr. Smile for “Runda-Runda” tour. I hope you are operating in other countries in Asia. So next time we can use your Company. Thank you!

Just returned to cold and snowy Denmark (-3 dg Celcius) from 14 wonderful days in Malaysia. We want to thank you for the perfect ground arrangements you made for us in KL, Penang and Langkawi. We did not have much direct contact with you, but it was good to know that you worked perfect in the background. All pick-uped, transferred and dropped-offs were settled perfect and in due time. Thank you!

First of all it has been a great pleasure to meeting you personally on Saturday, October 25th, 2004. The Coach transfers to - from Lumut were very comfortable, safe, interesting and Coach was very clean. The City tour and transfers to - from the Hotel inspections, airport, etc. were punctural and very efficient.

All the Travel Agents expressed their pleasure in the experience, were more than satisfied with all levels of service and will recommend Asian Overland Services.

I would like to make special mention and thank Rithz our tour guide. He is an extremely good Tour Guide - very knowledgable and informative on current matters and the history of Malaysia, professional, happy and obviously has great pride in his counrty. Our Coach Driver, unfortulatley I did not write down his name, is a very safe and experienced driver. We encountered a very big storm on our return journey, with torrential rain, thunder and lightening but this did not present a problem to him and again safety was the paramount concern.

To the guide (Ariffin) who took us from Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur. We want to say thanks to you because we enjoyed the trip from Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur. You showed us the Batu Caves and made us drink coconut milk. We admired you, climbing up the stairs for 3 1/2 miles times. We send you a pciture we made that day. We wish you happiness and good health and also for your wife and children.

On Wednesday 25th December 2002 Sharlene and I joined our tour with Asian Overland Services and completed the 7 day/6 nights Singapore to Penang holiday trip. From the time we contacted your office from Singapore until the time our tour ended we were treated with the utmost courtesy and helpfulness from both office staff and our tour driver Ariff.

Congratulations on organizing such a wonderful tour and for making our first holiday into Malaysia really special.

Ariff was a delightful tour guide and showed lots patience with our never-ending questions about his countryside. In fact nothing was too much trouble for him and together with his careful driving skills we could not have chosen a more perfect tour guide and companion.

Graeme and I recently had the pleasure of a trip through Malaysia, booked by ....
Although we thought we were to experience a rail tour from Singapore up to Penang. We were pleasantly delighted to find our tour was in fact a guided tour by car. We wish to pass on to you all hoe much we enjoyed this tour and especially to have our gratitude passed on to our Tour Guide/Driver, Ramli. He was just wonderful in every way. We throroughly enjoyed his company for the four of five days we were with him, and truly appreciated all the "extra" attention we received.

Staff in Penang who then took us on a City and Heritage morning tour and another staff who delivered us safely to the Penang airport for our return home, also were extremely professional and friendly.

Keep up the good work! To us the whole tour was a very pleasant surprise and experience.

I have just returned from the ' Familiarization trip to Kuala Lumpur' organized by .... What really propelled me t write this letter is the excellent service given to us by your esteemed company. I should say that words are insufficient to describe the quality of the service we received on arrival up till the time we left Kuala Lumpur. Your company is perfectly organized and the staff is very polite and well equipped with first class knowledge of what they are assigned to do.

At this time I would like to say a special 'thank you' to our tour guide Mr.Rithzuan, who made the tour very interesting by way of his description of every place that we visited. The description he gave is still imprinted in my memory and I am sure this will help me to describe the same to my clients when selling the package to Kuala Lumpur. A special word of praise also goes to the driver who made our journey as pleasant as possible by his excellent control at the wheels.
