We are very privileged to have Mr Abdullah Jonid, the Director General of Tourism Malaysia to launch our online booking system on April 28 2001 with presence of officials from Tourism Malaysia, Malaysia Airlines, Malaysia Association of Hotels and many hotel suppliers.

1.While you are entertaining your client queries, you can logon to the system to check the availability and suggest them whichever hotel that is available and you can confirm the booking immediately.
2. You can always recall your booking if there is an amendment.
3. You can check your list of booking and the booking status.
4. You can print the itinerary & booking detail for your reference.
5. You can check the service description for information.
6. You can have the overview of all our services based on destination.
7. You will be able to see our latest, as well as the most up-to-the-minute changes, in product, services and prices.(Including special events promotion).

One extra advantage of this system is it's multiple user feature, meaning more than one staff can log into the system at the same time.

When you log in to the system, you are actually accessing to our database (the same database that our coordinator are using). Which means Instead of sending email and waiting for our response, you can actually do the booking your self. With this system we hope to minimized the booking error, and save time on waiting for quotation and confirmation
